Good day mates!
Sorry I didn't write last week. But you now, I was able to talk to the fam so that was awesome! It was really cool to see them. Also, it was my wonderful mothers Birthday on Saturday so if you haven't wished her a happy birthday yet, you should because she is the best. 

These last two week in Newberg have flown by! So a little background, I am in the Spanish branch and we meet in Dayton, which is a little town in between Newberg and McMinnville. My new companion is Elder Anderson and he is from California. He us really into music and instruments and I'm into sports. But we have been working hard. Our teaching pool is really small right now. No one wanted to meet with us during the holiday season. But we have started meeting with a man who has had a crazy life. If any of you have seen the Addiction Recovery Videos on Mormon channel, he makes those guys seem normal. He has some issues and so he has to wait a year to be baptized but he is already asking about baptism and is super prepared. 

It has been raining a ton here in Oregon so that has made tracting absolutely miserable.  Other than that nothing too exciting has  happened.  I'll keep you updated. Have a wonderful New Years.
